Reserved matters consent was secured on behalf of Keon Homes for a new integrated retirement and care community as part of the Streethay Strategic Development Allocation. This represents the last piece of the jigsaw for this strategic allocation. The development comprises of a block of 78 one and two bedroom apartments for people over the age of 55 years, and 60 bungalows for people over the age of 55 or people who have a disability and who require a home with level access and care needs. Sanctuary Housing Association will manage the homes and the care provision. The site is currently under construction and once complete will assist in meeting identified housing needs identified by the Local Planning Authority.
