Planning and advertisement consent secured (August 2023).

Securing the viable reuse of all floors in this smart and prominent building in Solihull town centre. Helping to bring this building back into life, Evolve Planning obtained full planning consent for a new aparthotel/serviced apartments on the upper floors, along with a new shopfront and advertisements creating a new high quality retail unit on the ground floor. Along with external improvements the building now positively contributes to the conservation area presenting an attractive site at the entrance to the town centre.
