Full planning consent secured

Evolve secured the change of use of an existing stable building to a rural workers dwelling to support the existing riding school and livery centre. Overcoming concerns regarding Green Belt, proximity to an AONB and residential amenity Evolve presented a successful case demonstrating that there was an essential functional need for the owners of the equestrian centre to permanently live on site.
