Evolve Planning is assisting Bloor Homes to achieve full planning consent on a brownfield site in Leicestershire. The proposal includes the demolition of all existing industrial buildings, conversion of Queniborough Lodge and outbuildings and the construction of 119 new dwellings, open space and allotments.
