Evolve Planning assisted D5 Architects in securing planning consent for a new 69-bedroom purpose built student accommodation development on a prominent site at the corner of Bournbrook Road and Bristol Road, Selly Oak opposite the University of Birmingham. In addition to the preparation of the Planning Statement, Evolve undertook a Student Needs Assessment demonstrating the need for additional purpose built student accommodation within the Selly Oak area required to support students attending the University of Birmingham.
