Evolve Planning is assisting Cameron Homes with a proposal for 108 new homes and a new town park to the south of Uttoxeter Town centre following community engagement in 2023.

Utilising the vacant, previously developed site, once home to Bamford works, the proposal includes a range of bespoke, sustainable homes and a new town park linking Hockley Road along the Picknal Brook to Bridge Street.
