Pool House Road, Wombourne

Evolve Planning has assisted Lovell Homes in securing full planning consent for 123 new homes in Wombourne, supported by significant green and blue infrastructure.

The site was successfully removed from the Green Belt in 2018 and safeguarded to meet longer term housing development needs. The proposal includes significant new open space, including allotments to serve Wombourne and children’s play.
