Evolve Planning is assisting Lovell Homes to achieve full planning consent for 123 new homes in Wombourne.

The site was successfully removed from the Green Belt in 2018 and safeguarded to meet longer term housing development needs. The proposal includes significant new open space, including allotments to serve Wombourne and children’s play.
