Evolve is assisting Bloor Homes in promoting a strategic housing site to the east of Bilbrook. To date three separate outline planning applications have been submitted:

Safeguarded Land at Pendeford Mill Lane:
Comprising safeguarded land identified in SSDCs Site Allocations Document (2018) a resolution to grant outline planning permission for 115 dwellings was secured in December 2025.

Safeguarded Land at Lane Green Road:
Comprising safeguarded land identified in SSDCs Site Allocations Document (2018) outline planning permission is currently being sought for 135 dwellings.

East of Bilbrook Strategic Location:
An outline planning application for 750 dwellings (to include both safeguarded land sites identified above) is currently pending determination.
The proposal includes on site infrastructure to include a new First School, specialist older persons accommodation and local centre.
This is in line with the emerging Local Plan for South Staffordshire.
