Evolve Planning is assisting Bloor Homes in promoting a strategic housing site to the east of Bilbrook. To date two separate outline planning applications have been submitted, comprising the safeguarded land sites identified in SSDCs Site Allocations Document in 2018. These two applications propose up to 265 new homes between them, alongside new green and blue infrastructure.

Pre-application consultation is taking place on a wider proposal for up to 750 homes, supported by a new First School, specialist older persons accommodation and local centre.
