Evolve is assisting Keon Homes to achieve full planning consent

A planning application has been submitted on behalf of Keon Homes, Strata Housing & NHS Property Services for the redevelopment of vacant buildings on the William Farr House site, Mytton Oak Road, Shrewsbury. The proposal is for a new Extra Care facility comprising 68 apartments and 10 bungalows for people over the age of 55 and require a home with level access and access to care. The homes are served by a range communal facilities, amenity open space and landscaping.
