Evolve Planning secured planning consent for Cameron Homes (February 2022) for their Wood Heath scheme comprising 50 homes, a new car park to serve Landywood Railway Station and the first phase of a new country park to serve residents within Cheslyn Hay and Great Wyrley. The proposal restores a site compromised by former mining operations. The site is currently under construction.
